This class gives you opportunity to try yourself on the high heels. It gives you a firsthand feel for the style, comfort and balance required, allowing you to experience the unique dynamics of dancing in heels. It is not only about learning dance steps - it's also an invitation to join our supportive and lively community. After experiencing the trial class, you'll have the chance to decide if high heels dance is the right fit for you. There's absolutely no obligation to continue unless you feel confident and excited to join our regular classes. Cancellation Policy
1. Payment options - Online payment: If you choose to pay online, the full amount for the dance lessons is charged immediately at the time of booking. - Offline payment: If you prefer to pay offline, a 50% deposit (calculated from the total lesson amount) must be paid online to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the lesson. 2. Purpose of the Payment Structure - The 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and cover the room rental expenses in the event that you do not show up for the lesson. This helps us manage costs and ensure that the space is available and reserved for you. 3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy - Once your booking is confirmed with the 50% deposit (for offline payments) or the full amount (for online payments), your lesson is reserved. - In case of cancellation or postponement of the request, it is necessary to notify about it 24 hours in advance. If the client does not notify or notifies less than 24 hours in advance, then he will be charged a fee of 50% of the cost of the service (for online payment). - For offline payment, if you cancel or fail to show up for your lesson, the deposit will be retained to cover the room rental expenses. 4. Class Attire and Equipment - High Heels: Each student is required to bring their own high heels for the lesson. - Knee Protection: While not mandatory, it is highly recommended that students bring knee protection if they feel needed. 5.Liability and Personal Responsibility - Assumption of Risk: Dance lessons involve physical activity, and by participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities. - Disclaimer of Liability: The teacher is not responsible for any injuries or damages that you may cause to yourself while dancing. You agree to take full responsibility for your actions and any consequences resulting from your participation in the lesson. - Indemnification: By booking, the lesson, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the instructor from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation, including any injuries sustained. 6. General Conditions - By completing your booking, you agree to these payment terms and conditions. - Please ensure you arrive 10 min before for your lesson.
